A loyalty experience with more than one journey

This project brought together loyalty campaigns, participation information, bonus tiers and account states for Santander customers. The recovered design archive includes both wireframes and final visual designs, making it possible to follow the work from structure to execution.

The interface had to explain how to participate, show the relevant conditions and help customers move between general campaign information and their own logged-in experience.

Define the states before the surface

The wireframes explore the public home page, logged-in content, registration modals and error states. Those states are part of the product experience: they determine what a customer can understand and do before and after identifying themselves.

The archive also includes alternative home layouts. They show the structural work behind the final pages, rather than presenting the visual design as a single unexplained answer.

Explain participation and bonus tiers

Campaign pages needed to make the mechanics readable: how to participate, how spending tiers worked and where to find the rules and frequently asked questions. These details connect the promise of a reward to the steps required to receive it.

The wireframe set separates these tasks into dedicated views. The final artwork then carries the same content structure into the Santander campaign language.

Connect the public and logged-in experience

The final screens document public and logged-in home pages, customer registration, a survey modal and supporting FAQ pages. Together, they show the range of states required to support the campaign journey.

This case presents the design artefacts preserved in the archive. It does not claim conversion improvements, audience totals or a measured commercial result that the source material does not establish.
