Workhuman · Design with AI
Design judgement.
Made reusable.
The skills and context I create, adapt and use in my work at Workhuman. Built around real design problems: finding the right component, reviewing accessibility and keeping decisions useful beyond a single conversation.

RCS context
Give the agent the right context before it draws.
Media pilot → reorganisation → continued refinement
Explore the case ↗Accessibility that learns
Use measured failures to improve the next review.
Style bindings → large text → reflow → verification
Explore the case ↗Native design decisions
Make platform behaviour and trade-offs explicit.
Inspect assumptions → decide → preserve the reasoning

The rules are
part of the design.
I define what the agent needs to know, which sources it should trust, what it must inspect and when it should ask me. Corrections become reusable instructions and recorded decisions.
These workflows build on existing company libraries and engineering foundations. My contribution is the context, adaptations and design judgement that connect those resources to the task.

Still evolving
Test on a feature.
Learn beyond it.
I applied the RCS context to Media, then reorganised it to separate reusable feature knowledge from the context of each application. I continue refining that structure for broader use.
The next questions concern distribution, review and maintenance. A reusable instruction is only useful if it stays relevant as the product changes.
